Hurrah - we now have an efficient credit & debit card booking system that makes life easier for everyone.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
I have drawn up a new holiday booking form. You will fill out the form indicating your holiday requirements and thus your total holiday cost. You will also provide details of the card to be debited and authorise us to debit your card as follows:
Firstly - to automatically debit a deposit of £150
Secondly - to automatically debit your final balance payment
Travelcare will debit your card. When you return your completed form to me I will check it, add your name & holiday details to my list, then pass your booking form to Travelcare. On receipt of your form they will debit your deposit.
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING RIGHT NOW?
Easy - click on one of the links below to download the form, simply fill it in, sign it and post it back to me (my address is printed at the bottom). Your holiday will then be booked and your tickets will arrive in your post at the address you state prior to departure - simple. Travelcare will debit your card automatically - so don't forget to sign the form.

You must print this form out, fill it in by hand and post it back to me complete with your signature. I cannot accept totally electronic bookings - yet!
PLEASE NOTE
If you make a booking and subsequently cancel or renew your payment card then you need to notify us of your new card number straight away.
Also, if you move house, then you need to notify us of your new address straight away - otherwise I will end up driving round sorting offices 2 days prior to departure trying to get your tickets out of the mail for you - as happened the other year (those party members have asked to remain anonymous - haha!)
